Summer is the perfect time for Sports, Exercise, Healthy Habits and a whole lot of FUN! SBFitKidz believes that when it comes to sports and physical activity, children should “Specialize in Experiencing Everything.”
• Enjoy and embrace a variety of sports including Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Lacrosse, and much more!
• Experience a new sport, develop healthy habits, and learn nutritional guidelines!
• Each camp day will be highlighted by a specific sport that will include age appropriate instruction of skill and technique.

• Children will be exposed to expert demonstrations, skill development, top-notch instruction, and fun interactive games.
